About me
I'm Aashay Desai, currently pursuing my Master's degree in the esteemed Department of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University Northwest, proudly belonging to the batch of 2022-2024. My academic journey has been a thrilling ride across various domains, encompassing Mathematics, Fluid Mechanics, and Machine Designing, which I fondly refer to as my trifecta: "Robotics, Automations, and Designing."
My academic pursuits have been complemented by hands-on experiences gained through internships with renowned organizations. I've had the privilege to immerse myself in the production of flow sensors, pharmaceutical process machines, and steel manufacturing. These exposures have bestowed upon me a wealth of practical insights across diverse departments.
In my earlier days, during my B-Tech Mechanical Engineering program, I was deeply involved in research assignments that culminated in the publication of articles in esteemed institute journals and magazines. Beyond the confines of academia, you might catch me cruising on a motorbike with friends, making a splash in the pool, sharing knowledge through teaching, or hitting the gym for a good workout. As a self-confessed food enthusiast, I relish exploring diverse flavors in the kitchen whenever inspiration strikes.
